How can Path to Pain Free help me with Chronic Pain Recovery?

Path to Pain Free helps individuals tackle a variety of chronic pain conditions by working with the connection between chronic pain and the brain.

The approach helps deal with symptoms that fall under a condition known as TMS (Tension Myositis Syndrome), also known as neuroplastic symptoms, or psychophysiological disorders.

These terms refer to a myriad of symptoms that have become conditioned in the body and that persist in the long term (anything from long-term back and neck pain to fibromyalgia pain, unexplained nerve pain and migraines).

why your brain matters…

All kinds of physical sensations are registered by the brain - we wouldn’t be able to feel anything if it weren’t for our nervous system!

The pain response always happens as a means to ‘protect’ us from danger - but sometimes, this response is fired unnecessarily, as our system ‘overreacts’.

When pain or symptoms become chronic, the brain has learnt how to keep reproducing them more easily, and this happens due to a variety of factors.
