With nearly 10 years of experience in the field of neuroplastic symptoms, I can identify exactly what keeps individuals ‘stuck’ with chronic symptoms - usually within the first coaching session!

The dominant approach in the past 60 years has been to address symptoms from a biomechanical standpoint, without taking into account how our emotional state influences our physiology. This is why traditional or physically-focused treatments don’t normally work for chronic neuroplastic symptoms - because they fail to address what’s actually causing the symptoms.

* If for any reason there is strong reason to suspect that medical intervention is required and that your symptoms are not neuroplastic, I will let you know. However, this is not the case for 95% of the clients that I see have symptoms that are reversible using a mindbody approach.

Although there are hundreds of different symptoms that individuals suffer from, there tend to be common underlying factors behind all of them.
During the coaching, we will identify which of these factors apply to you, and I will propose specific actions or tools to address them. The symptom or how long you’ve had it for is NOT important, because neuroplastic symptoms can take various forms depending on the individual’s background.

You may benefit from TMS Coaching if you meet at least two of these conditions:
1) you’ve suffered from the same type of chronic symptoms for over 4 months, and these symptoms aren’t linked to any serious underlying condition (like cancer, infection, or rheumatoid conditions);
2) you’ve already tried other treatments without seeing the results you desire (these may include physiotherapy, massage, chiropractor, pain killers, steroid injections, change in diet and other alternative remedies)

Every therapist, coach or doctor who deals with TMS has learnt about the approach through his or her own life experience, and then integrated the insight into his or her practice.This is because the TMS approach to chronic pain is NOT yet accepted by mainstream medicine, nor is it included as part of mainstream psychology. There is no University course that qualifies anyone as a TMS therapist, doctor or psychotherapist.
I am a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Mindbody Practitioner who has gone through the healing journey myself, and was trained to work with individuals’ limiting beliefs and mindset surrounding chronic pain. It is up to every individual to exclude serious medical conditions before working with me. If at any point during our sessions I observe that you may benefit from psychotherapy or from consulting a TMS-aware physician, I will personally recommend it. There are several neuroplastic pain experts that I personally collaborate with.

TMS recovery time varies between one individual and another, but it has nothing to do with how long you’ve had symptoms.
It took me and some of my clients 5 to 6 weeks to register results (i.e. a huge decrease in pain intensity or complete elimination), while it takes some others 6 months up to a year to recover completely. I’ve observed that the difference between those who recover fast and those for whom the process takes longer is that the former integrate the principles and key mindset shifts fully, without too much doubt and hesitation. Having an open and curious mind is a must.
Those with severe depression or other mental health disorders may find it more challenging to progress initially, however some of these conditions can also be alleviated through this work. -
It’s very likely that you have spent more money on pain relief treatments and unproductive doctor visits than you can ever spend on MindBody healing. After working for a couple of months with a TMS-aware or pain reprocessing practitioner, you will know exactly what you should be doing and the rest of the journey involves no additional costs, but only your own dedication.
If you are still highly skeptical, I encourage you to read more on the subject of TMS and neuroplastic symptoms first and get inspired by the hundreds of success stories out there. Then, get back to me when you feel more ready to commit to coaching.

For the approach to work, you need to make your recovery a priority, at least for a couple of weeks.
That said, my approach does NOT take a lot of time: it simply requires dedication to stay aware of habits that are not helping you, and you can practise most of the techniques I propose on the go. I will NOT suggest that you follow daily practices, because I have found that these can do more harm than good. Instead, it’s more about working with your routine and helping you rewire your brain through your day to day experiences.
Certain individuals actually need to be doing less, rather than more. I will know if this is the case when I speak to you.
It’s also worth knowing that once the new habits and beliefs get installed, you won’t need to ‘make time’ for TMS healing, as you will already have learnt the lessons.
