The only approach that worked for me (and many others!) was learning about Neuroplastic (TMS) pain, and on how to effectively teach my body a new way of being.
Today, I am a certified Trauma-Informed Coach and MindBody Practitioner, and I work relentlessly to facilitate chronic pain recovery for clients from all over the world.

Why a Pain Recovery Program can be the solution
First of all, let me start off by telling you why chronic pain persists. In most cases, it’s not because the body is unable to heal, nor because you have a condition that’s getting worse.
It is NOT like an injury, nor is it due to a ‘damage’ (in approximately 88% of cases). But if it’s been treated as if it were, then it’s no surprise that you’ve had no success.
THE REASON WHY YOU’RE STILL IN PAIN IS DUE TO AN INTERPLAY OF FACTORS, WHICH MAY INVOLVE:
a past negative experience with pain or illness;
another shocking our traumatic event that caused nervous system dysregulation (dysregulation is associated with the nervous system’s inability to ‘reset’ to its normal level after the original stressor has passed);
the repeated experience of pain itself can cause the body become sensitized to experience harmless activities or sensations as increasingly painful; (this is evidently the case with syndromes like fibromyalgia and crps, which spread to various parts of the body).

How the right knowledge and a mindset shift led me to my own recovery
it happened in august 2016…
After trying every possible treatment for my symptoms (and ending up way worse than before, having to stop working and claim a sickness benefit), I discovered why my pain had started and why it was persisting.
Finally, things started to make much more sense.
Initially, I thought I was working to alleviate my pain - until I realized that I could dare to dream even bigger: I could TOTALLY RECOVER FROM CHRONIC PAIN, even though I also had fibromyalgia, and there was supposed to be no cure for that!
Being pain free meant I could resume rock climbing, run, travel, and never have to worry about getting chronic pain again - because now, I know what to I need to do if I ever get a hint of it!

What kind of symptoms can this program help with?
If you’ve had chronic pain for over 4 months and no rehabilitation program or treatment has ever worked to completely relieve it, then you’re very likely to benefit from this TMS-based program, for as long as you’ve excluded serious medical conditions that require urgent treatment (like cancers, tumours or infections).
