The Real Cure for Chronic Pain and Symptoms
Most chronic pain conditions are a ‘learnt response’, which means that the brain and body have learnt to keep generating symptoms due to specific triggers and situational factors.
Let’s say that your body has adopted a chronically negative pattern. And only you hold the ultimate key to undoing that pattern!
Now I know this sounds a bit unscientific and maybe a tad wierd. And that is why my approach is based on Education First.
I will educate you about the Science and Psychology of Pain, and then you decide for yourself whether or not this applies to you.
If you’d like to learn more about Chronic Pain and the Brain before working with me, start here.
I WILL HELP YOU IDENTIFY AND WEED OUT THOSE FACTORS THAT ARE CONTRIBUTING TO THE PAIN CYCLE.
IT’S REALLY MUCH SIMPLER THAN YOU THINK!
my services
I help my clients in different ways, depending on their personal needs.
If you enjoy learning and doing exploratory-work on your own, then I suggest one of my Programs, which are fully DIY and give you lifetime access to all resources.
I also offer Coaching sessions for those who desire a more personalized approach.
In any case, learning to identify your own triggers and patterns is essential, which is why basic knowledge of how TMS / Neuroplastic symptoms work is a must. My programs can help you fill this gap in knowledge.
How I can help you and how to know if you qualify…
My programs and coaching will help you gain the awareness needed to identify what is triggering your symptoms, which could include your own thought patterns and behaviours.
You are a candidate for my teachings if you identify with any of the below scenarios:
You believe you’ve got TMS / neuroplastic symptoms but still don’t know how to totally overcome it;
You’ve never heard about TMS, but you’ve had chronic symptoms for over 4 months, and you think that stress, anxiety or past negative experiences have something to do with all of this.
You still fear that a past injury or a condition you were diagnosed with will keep you stuck with chronic pain forever - and this thought makes you feel simply awful!
Having a flare-up scares you, or makes you feel very frustrated and upset.
You tend to worry and catastrophize about your symptoms or about having symptoms during an event or activity.
Your main emotions relative to your symptoms are either fear, frustration, disappointment or a sense of helplessness;the link between chronic pain and the brain.
If you’re still not sure whether or not your symptoms qualify, please take the TMS Questionnaire below.
